MESSAGE SUMMARY:
Rev. Stacy Macris Ros continued her “Metaphysical Movie Fun” by exploring the spiritual lessons we can learn from the 80s blockbuster hit, “Back to the Future.”

“Back to the Future” offers more than a fun journey through time—it reminds us that the future is being created right now. While we can’t climb into a DeLorean and change the past, we can change the thoughts, beliefs and choices we bring to this moment. Through Marty’s journey, we discover three spiritual truths about consciously creating our lives, embracing the power of the present and remembering the transforming power of love.

1. Our Thoughts, Beliefs and Actions Create Our Future
The future isn’t something we simply arrive at—it is something we participate in creating. What we believe about ourselves, the thoughts we nurture, and the choices we make today shape what comes next. Like George McFly, we can remain trapped in limiting beliefs or choose growth, courage and possibility. We are invited to become conscious creators: willing to change our minds, move beyond fear, and keep taking action toward the life we desire.

2. We Can Start Right Now to Create the Future We Want
We cannot go back and rewrite the past, but we can choose differently in the present. Acceptance and self-forgiveness free us from continually recreating yesterday. Where our attention and energy go, our lives tend to follow, so we can examine inherited beliefs, surround ourselves with people who encourage our growth, and focus on what is possible now. Every present-moment choice becomes a seed that will bloom tomorrow.

3. Without Love, We Don’t Exist
Love is the connecting, healing and transforming power of life. More than a feeling, love is something we actively choose to express through kindness, respect, honesty, authenticity and service. Each loving interaction strengthens our awareness of our connection with one another and reminds us of our true spiritual essence. Ultimately, we are here to express divine love and let that love shape the world we create.
