Difficulty: Mostly easy to some moderate

Address/Directions: Follow I-17 North to Rock Springs Exit #242. Turn left to go back across I-17. At the stop sign, turn right and then a quick left onto Warner Road. Follow the road to the white tank. There is a bathroom at the trailhead.

Hike Description: This out-and-back hike is on the well-maintained Black Canyon Trail as we descend to the Agua Fria River and then back on the same trail. Hiking poles are recommended.

Dogs: Not recommended
