Aging with Intention – Week #2 – HEALING THE PAST & FORGIVENESS

In this interactive series, Rev. Maraj will look at our negative cultural views on aging and how it affects our attitude, approach and experience of growing older. But elderhood doesn’t have to be viewed as the end of our productivity, passion and fulfillment. In fact, our senior years can be as joyful and meaningful as our 30s, 40s and 50!

With a different topic each week, Rev. Maraj will look at spiritual practices and mindsets we can use to live our golden years more consciously intentionally and gracefully. Some of the topics we will cover include the attitudes of aging, healing the past, living with meaning and purpose, death and dying, unfinished business social connections, and building resilience.

Each session will have a different topic, so please register for each individual session that interests you.
