Fear gets a bad rap! The truth is, if you are growing, stretching and becoming more and more of who you came here to be … you will feel fear. The big question is, “Has fear felt like a wall in front of you that stops you in your tracks?” If it has stopped you in the past from living a life you desire and deserve, this 3-week class is for you. In it, we will explore five truths about fear (they may be eye-opening for you!), and then create a formula for feeling the fear but moving forward in spite of it.
