DESCRIPTION:This is a figure-8 trail with each of two loops beginning at the parking lot. \nFor those who want a shorter hike\, you are free to end your hike when we return to the parking lot as we complete the first loop\, which is about 2 miles long. \nDate/Time: Saturday\, December 27\, 2025\, 9:00 a.m.  (Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in) \nHike Leaders: Henry Klimkowski\, 609-502-2008 & Jane Boyd 602-989-6230 (Please RSVP to HenryK_Jr@hotmail.com) \nArea: Dreamy Draw Recreation Area \nTrail Name: Dreamy Draw Loop Trail \nMap:  https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/arizona/dreamy-draw-loop-trail \nDistance: 3.9 miles \nElevation Gain: 623’ \nDifficulty: Mostly moderate. \nAddress/Directions:  2421 E Northern Ave. (Just east of Piestawa Freeway). From Hwy 51\, take the Northern Avenue exit and turn east. The road will take you right into the parking lot for Dreamy Draw. \nDescription:  This beautiful route combines two loops centered at the parking area on the east and west sides of Highway 51. There is a bit of highway noise along the trail\, but the landscapes are gorgeous\, making you almost forget how close to civilization you are. The terrain is quite rocky in some sections\, and it is advised to wear sturdy shoes. This trail is multi-use and used by hikers\, trail runners\, and mountain bikers. \nDogs:  Dogs on a leash are welcome \n
