NEW GROUP!
Monthly Journaling Group
3rd Wednesday of each month @ 5:30-7pm in Butterworth Meeting Room (9/10)
Journaling has been scientifically proven to provide numerous benefits in in every area of our lives: social, mental, emotional and spiritual! Keeping a journal offers a time for quiet introspection in a chaotic world, and is one of the most important spiritual tools available to us! Journaling can also reduce stress; increase problem-solving capabilities; support personal growth and healing; aid self-awareness and self-discovery; and more!
Beginning in September, we will be hosting a monthly journaling group facilitated by Cheryl Mandala, where you can come and explore how to use this tool in a fun and useful way. Everyone is welcome! You need only bring four things: something to write on; something to write with; an open mind; and an open heart. Join us each month to explore your life; learn more about what makes you tick; engage in important self-care; and gain a deeper understanding of your inner voice and the tools you can use to engage in constructive dialogue with yourself.
'A Course in Miracles'
Wednesdays@5:30-7pm in the Freeman Meeting Room (8)
Do you ever feel as though something is missing in your life? You sense something deep within is calling to you, but you don’t understand what it is? Or perhaps you often ask yourself, “Why am I here?” or, “How can I find peace?”
“A Course in Miracles” (ACIM) offers answers to those questions and more! ACIM is a spiritual self-study program that teaches the way to universal love and inner peace. The program teaches that the greatest “miracle” is simply gaining full awareness of love’s presence in our lives, and rediscovering our authentic selves.
For someone new to ACIM, the material can be difficult to understand. That’s why reading and studying with others can be the perfect way to stay dedicated and experience its surprising benefits immediately! People who have committed to ACIM have transformed their lives. We invite you to come give it a try
