Continue your Tai Chi journey with this enriching follow- up to our Part 1 series. In this new series, you’ll learn five challenging new forms designed to deepen your practice while enhancing strength, balance and coordination.
As you progress, you’ll also cultivate a greater awareness of the flow of energy (chi) within and around you, supporting both inner harmony and physical well-being.
Prerequisite: Completion of Tai Chi for Inner Balance and Outer Balance – Part 1 is required before enrolling in Part 2.
