Discover the power of Tai Chi in this six-week series led by certified instructor Dan Dziadura. Through graceful, flowing movements combined with mindfulness and visualization, you’ll learn traditional Tai Chi forms that nurture balance in both body and mind.
Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is a gentle yet powerful practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit. While the art contains great depth, its movements are simple to learn and accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. With regular practice, many participants begin to notice benefits quickly. Tai Chi helps build strength, flexibility, balance and aerobic conditioning. Research has also shown it can improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, help
prevent falls, and ease symptoms of arthritis.
Beyond the physical benefits, Tai Chi is deeply calming for the mind. The slow, intentional movements help you feel more relaxed, centered, and present, reducing stress and anxiety while supporting better focus, memory, and sleep.
