Sound Bath Experience

These Sound Baths will be offered on the 2nd Tuesday of each month through March 2027

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath featuring singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments. Simply get comfortable, breathe and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you into a place of peace, presence and inner balance. Come as you are, settle in, and give yourself the gift of simply receiving.

Sound has the power to quiet the mind, calm the body and draw us more deeply into the present moment. Sound healing brings together our physical experience of vibration with spiritual practices that have long recognized sound, rhythm and intention as pathways to greater balance and well-being.

As sound and vibration move through and around the body, they can support relaxation, focused awareness and a sense of inner calm. From a spiritual perspective, sound can also be experienced as a way of bringing greater harmony and balance to the chakras and subtle energy field.
