Join Rev. Richard Maraj for this innovative, improvisational performance (featuring our own Sally Jo Bannow!) in which members of the audience tell true stories from their lives and then watch the stories be brought to artistic life by the ensemble of actors and musicians. Weaving improvised scenes with music, movement, and metaphor, Playback Theatre performances reflect the diversity of human experience and celebrate our common humanity. Every performance is different, and any true story from your life is welcome — or just sit back and enjoy others’ stories!

This show is recommended for ages 16+.

Once purchased, your tickets will be held for you at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts box office. Lobby opens at 6 pm.; theater opens at 6:30 p.m.; show begins at 7 p.m. The program is 90 minutes long.
