Learning to Love Yourself

This class will meet on five Sundays: April 12-May 3 and May 17, from 12:30-2:30pm
The $75 fee covers all five sessions
This book circle is an invitation to deepen your relationship with the most important person in your life—yourself.
Together we will explore what it truly means to love and accept every part of who we are, bringing hidden or disowned aspects of ourselves into the light with compassion and understanding.
Through guided discussion and experiential practices inspired by Gay Hendricks’ book, Learning to Love Yourself, we’ll gently explore the physical, emotional and mental dimensions of self-awareness. Rather than simply talking about self-love, the goal is to experience it—developing a genuine “felt sense” of acceptance, kindness and appreciation for ourselves.
This circle will be a safe, supportive space where participants are invited to share openly in an atmosphere of respect, compassion, and honor for each person’s unique journey. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools and resources you can use every day to strengthen your relationship with yourself and cultivate deeper self-love in your life.
