Informational Meeting about Our Proposed Fellowship and Welcome Center
As most of you are aware, we are embarking on an exciting journey to build a new Fellowship and Welcome Center: a warm, inviting space where we can enjoy connection and community indoors.
Rev. Richard Maraj will be hosting two Informational Meetings where congregants can come to learn more about our plans for this exciting project! The dates of those meetings are:
- Sunday, March 30, 12:30-2pm
- Sunday, April 27, 12:30-2pm
Both meetings will be held in the Fillmore Meeting Room (6/7) on the second floor of the Administration Building. Light hors d’ouerves will be served.
The purpose of the meeting is to inform, share, discuss, and provide ideas and feedback about the Fellowship and Welcome Center. To help bring that vision to life, we will also share our initial conceptual photos of the new building.
This new space will help increase opportunities for congregants to chat, visit, connect, create new friends and enjoy a greater feeling of community before and after services. We will also be able to use the space during the week for classes, meetings and other activities.
We want all of our congregants to be fully informed about our plans for the new building and building fund campaign. The more we know, the more excited we all will be … and the more motivated to engage in the process, as well. This will be a huge blessing for our ministry, but will take the faith, intention, desire, effort and enthusiasm of all of us to make happen!
