Garden Outreach Day with Rev. Stacy Macris Ros

Instead of a Night Out, in April Rev. Stacy invites you to join her for an outreach day making a difference in our community at the Tiger Mountain Foundation’s “Spaces of Opportunity” Garden!

Join Rev. Stacy to cultivate a better community for all by planting fruits and vegetables with other community-minded souls! We’ll get our hands dirty by planting, weeding and harvesting produce, and also learn about gardening techniques, sustainable living and organic farming.

The TigerMountain Foundation uses community gardens as a tool to improve lives and build stronger communities. They teach practical life skills to at-risk kids, adults and seniors, keeping them out of jail, and improving their lives and community. The Garden also provides fresh fruits and vegetables to stock a homeless pantry.
