Equanimity: Finding Balance in Difficult Times

This day-long event is an opportunity to:

  • Deepen your meditation practice;
  • Explore ways to remain at peace in the midst of chaos; and
  • Reduce stress in taxing situations.

The Retreat will include silent meditation; mindful movement; eating and walking meditation; and instruction on how to remain balanced in difficult times. This Retreat is for both new and experienced meditators.
