Youth Ministry Sunday Classes
- Nursery (Infants – 3 years old): Sundays at 11 a.m.
- Children’s Classes (Potty trained preschoolers – 5th graders):
Sundays at 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. - Uniteens (6th – 8th graders): Sundays at 11 a.m.
- Youth of Unity (Y.O.U.) (9th – 12th graders): Sundays at 11 a.m.
Guided Meditation
Unity believes that we create our life experiences through our way of thinking. One way to foster helpful, positive thoughts is by regularly taking time to connect with Spirit through meditation. If you have difficulty meditating, you’re not alone! That’s why we offer a variety of GUIDED meditations that can help you calm and quiet your mind and focus on all that is good.
