YFM: Halloween “Trunk-or-Treat”

This event will take place in the North Paved Parking Lot

We invite the entire congregation to participate in creating a fun Halloween tradition for our youth! All you need is your car and some candy! Then just stay after services on October 26 and open the back of your car so the kids can trick-or-treat safely from “trunk” to “trunk” to gather Halloween goodies.

Dress up in costume add to the experience … and if you’re a true Halloween enthusiast, “dress up” your car, as well! We’ve included some examples to stimulate your imagination. (Please remember that the “scare factor” of your costume and car needs to be appropriate for young children.)

This is a wonderful way for our congregants to get involved with our kids, and to provide a fun and safe Halloween experience for everyone involved. As the event draws nearer, we’ll provide a sign-up link for people who wish to participate as a “trunk” candy giver.
