“Respect” The Musical – Black Theatre Troupe
Deadline to purchase tickets: Extended to March 16.
Join Rev. Richard Maraj as we go “Out and About” to see “Respect: The Musical” (by Dorothy Marcic) perfromed by the Black Theatre Troupe!
Combining excerpts from over 60 songs with women’s personal stories about realizing dreams, loves won and lost, and battering against glass ceilings, “Respect” features such period favorites as Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend, I Wanna Be Loved By You, As Long As He Needs Me and Whatever Lola Wants along with such modern standards as Where the Boys Are, It Must Be Him, The Greatest Love of All and Stand by Your Man.
Rev. Maraj will be attending the March 31 Friday night performance, but we added an April 1 Saturday matinee for those folks who might prefer not to drive at night. Be sure to select the correct ticket for the performance you want to see!
The Black Theatre Troupe will reserve a section so that all of our group will be able to sit together. Our $40 ticket fee reflects $10 off the regular ticket price of $50 since we are a group. To help them facilitate our group seating, we are closing ticket sales after March 9, so be sure to get your tickets now!
