‘Come Back Buddy’ Concert

PLEASE NOTE:
We are postponing this week’s ‘Out & About’ Event

We have been looking forward to attending the ‘Come Back Buddy’ Concert this Friday at Desert Ridge, but are concerned about it being outdoors with the cold weather we’re now experiencing. The temperature at 6 p.m. Friday is currently projected at only about 50 degrees, dropping to 44 by 9 p.m. As a result, we are cancelling our outing to the event, and will reschedule when the weather warms up a bit.

Of course, you are still welcome to attend the event on your own!

We will be sure to let you know when we reschedule going to a future ‘Come Back Buddy’ concert!

Turn back the clock and get ready to rock with “Come Back Buddy,” a 3-piece band inspired by the legendary Buddy Holly and the Crickets. The band’s repertoire includes the music of many artists from the 50s-era including Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, and of course, Buddy Holly.

Lead singer Mike Randall is a Unity of Phoenix congregant, and can’t wait to rock the night away with all of us! Join us for great entertainment for dancing and fun … and an exciting atmosphere for “kids” of all ages!
