Join Rev. Stacy Macris Ros as she introduces you to the many ways to meditate. Just in time for the new year, mindfulness practices will help keep you centered during hectic schedules and when life throws curveballs. During our four weeks together, you will brainstorm ways to create a regular meditation practice and immerse yourself in different forms of meditation so you can choose the best ones for you. You’ll will walk away with a deeper understanding of the benefits of meditation and a spiritual toolkit!
