This experiential workshop will explore how our connection with Spirit uplifts, nourishes, and supports us in maintaining
our mental health. The exact areas of our brains that are engaged and strengthened during times of spiritual practice are the same areas that wither in the experience of depression. Recent scientific research has shown that having a spiritual life protects us from mental illness. Come learn how to discover your innate wisdom, connect to inner peace, and create a plan of spiritual practices to nurture your deepening spirituality and support your mental health.
