Mindfulness 101
This is a four-session class running on four consecutive Tuesdays: May 7, 14, 21 & 28

Often, we don’t pay attention to what we are experiencing … so we miss the opportunity to authentically relate to life and genuinely connect with others. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to life and to others with focused awareness.
In this class, you will practice the four foundations of Mindfulness: the breath, body, emotions and thoughts. You will practice how to be fully present with yourself in a kind, non-judgmental way. You will learn how to be fully present to life and with others. This class is for beginners and experienced meditators.
