Change Is What’s Up: Resist or Respond?

The $60 fee for this class covers all four sessions
Join Rev. Sandy Hopper for a transformative four-part class series inspired by Finding Yourself in Transition by Robert Brumet and Neal Donald Walsch’s When Everything Changes—Change Everything.
Change is a natural part of life—beginning at birth and continuing throughout our journey. While we can’t always control what happens, we can choose how we respond. In this class, we’ll explore the many ways change shows up in our lives and how we can approach it with greater awareness, resilience and intention.
Through discussion, reflection and practical exercises, we’ll learn to shift our thoughts and reactions, seeing change not as a challenge to fear, but as an opportunity to grow. We’ll also look at Biblical examples of transformation and discover metaphysical insights that illuminate how these lessons resonate in our own experiences today.
