Current Volunteer Opportunities
Leadership Volunteers:
We’re seeking people with leadership experience to help plan a wide variety
of activities, including fun social gatherings, outreach projects and courtyard activities.
Put your leadership skills to good use, and have a great time in the process!
Courtyard Committee: Create a vibrant Courtyard experience that inspires
a sense of community by planning and and implementing a variety of Courtyard events.
Outreach Committee: Explore, plan and execute outreach projects to benefit
our spiritual community and the greater Phoenix community.
Social Committee: Coordinate a variety of social events through which congregants
can gather together to enjoy friendship, fun and build community.
Sunday School Classroom Helpers:
Create a loving spiritual community for
our children by off ering your talents, love and laughter. (Two classes a month.)
Wednesday Evening Children’s Activities:
The Youth & Family Ministry is seeking adults to help support the children’s activities
we have available during our Wednesday Evening Service from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Chaplain Orientation

Unity of Phoenix has a team of trained, committed volunteer Prayer Chaplains who are available to stand with congregants in prayer. These loving individuals listen and acknowledge challenges and joys, and speak the spiritual Truth so that congregants can hear it and remember it for themselves. Prayer Chaplains are not counselors or advice-givers; their role is, quite simply, to pray. Are you being called to serve in this capacity for the church? Host or Facilitate a Circle Group!
“Your Infinite Possibilities”
September 12 - Sign-Ups for Circle Facilitators and Hosts Begins
Facilitate or host an Infinite Possibilities Circles Group and help our congregants
to celebrate all of the infinite possibilities for their lives and our ministry!
Circles are groups of six to 12 people who will gather on a weekly basis at homes throughout the Valley to establish deeper, more meaningful connections. Each group will meet once a week for five weeks beginning the week of October 17. Hosts will open their homes to these groups; our facilitators will receive training to help lead the groups in support of Rev. Maraj’s messages about deepening our awareness of the infinite possibilities for our lives.
