Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED), as administrative leader of the ministry, is directly responsible to the Board of Trustees (BOT) for the overall allocation and management of the organization’s assets, including human, capital and financial resources.

The ED also leads church in planning, conducting, and evaluating a plan of business operations for the church.  Direct oversight consists of financial personnel, facilities, land management, and other operations necessary to conduct the business of the church.

The ED is responsible to the BOT for all long-range financial matters and establishing church-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices that ensure the church of a continuously sound financial structure. And the ED controls the flow of cash through the organization and maintains the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents.
